The Professional OCR Tool is a premium online text recognition application that utilizes a next-generation local open-source library technology to extract text from all popular image types. The tool supports multi-format outputs — DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT — structured with a standard A4 page layout (210 × 297 mm), making it ready for immediate use without requiring extra formatting. A key highlight is its specialized optimization for Vietnamese and English: for Vietnamese, the system is fine-tuned to precisely recognize all diacritics and unique characters (ă, â, đ, ê, ô, ơ, ư…), completely addressing a common weakness found in conventional OCR systems. The built-in auto-sharpen blurry images feature allows the system to process rushed snapshots, low-quality scans, or faded historical documents — hurdles that typically cause traditional OCR engines to fail. The entire extraction process is completely safe and highly secure: images are processed directly within your web browser on your local machine, ensuring absolutely no data is ever transmitted to external servers or third parties.
